• Stacie is a Senior Trust Office and assists Heritage Trust in fulfilling its fiduciary duties.
  • Stacie has significant experience in the administration of estates and trusts, especially involving complex and sensitive issues.
  • Administering an estate can be time-consuming and difficult, especially when one is dealing with the loss of a loved one, and Stacie helps beneficiaries and stakeholders navigate through this challenging time.
  • Stacie has completed the MTI – Estate and Trust Professional designation from the Canadian Securities Institute and the paralegal diploma program at Capilano University, where she was awarded several scholarships and distinctions for her academic achievements.
  • Since initiating her career, Stacie has engaged in multiple volunteer programs, including pro bono work with the Law Court Center’s Amici Curiae in efforts to assist self-represented litigants, various speaking engagements, publishing articles for legal newsletters, and leading a project to help temporary foreign workers in British Columbia.
  • Stacie has also presented and chaired courses with the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
  • Stacie has a Bachelor’s degree with a Humanities major from Simon Fraser University and has a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies, also from SFU.
  • Stacie also currently works as an instructor for Capilano University in the faculty of legal studies, where she teaches on Wills and Estates.
