Heritage Trust fees are not payable unless and until it acts. Further, Heritage Trust fees are separate from and do not include legal fees for the drafting and execution of estate planning documents such as wills, powers of attorneys or representation agreements. These services are performed and invoiced by the legal counsel of your choice.
Executor/Estate Administration Services
Standard Fees:
- 3.5% on the first $1,000,000
- 2.0% on the next $4,000,000
- 1.0% on the balance
- Minimum Estate Administration Fee: $15,000
- Discount of Capital Fee if Power of Attorney Activation Fee Paid: 15% to a maximum of $5,000
